Tubby Tummy Be-gone:

Motoring specialist and something of a motor-mouth himself, Jeremy Clarkson is beginning to bear a strong resemblance to the Paddington bear toy designed by his parents. The Daily Mail featured a very ‘menopaunched’ Clarkson enjoying the beach-front with his wife.

Crass, out-spoken and crudely witty he may be, but what Clarkson is not is bashful about his body from his holiday pictures. The middle age belly is said to hit a lot of men as early as when they are in their thirties and is held to be the result of too much alcohol, stress and too little of nutritious food. Losing the tubby tummy through a cosmetic surgery procedure is possible though and should not be reason for despair unless your physician mentions otherwise. Plastic surgery procedures like a tummy tuck and a liposuction are tried and tested methods of dissing unwanted belly fat.

While a liposuction gets rid of fat deposits occurring in the abdominal, hip and waist area, a tummy tuck surgery does some realignment work and tightens the muscles in the lower abdominal area. This part of the abdomen is usually where the fat that develops into a paunch or visceral fat is concentrated. Top plastic surgeons at the Plastic Surgery Institute of California however, first ascertain whether this fat can be lost through exercise and certain diets before discussing cosmetic surgery options. Doing so minimizes the risk of any complications.
