There were actually three plastic surgeries that this woman had gone into the operation theatre for, liposuction, breast reduction and a tummy tuck, and all to relieve chronic back problems.
While the lawyer alleges that Tracey Jordan, 38 died due to the wrong drug being administered during the plastic surgery procedure, the hospital has reserved comment on the matter.
